Terms of Service for OncoLOG

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the OncoLOG mobile application and the oncolog.app website (collectively, the "Service") operated by OncoLOG.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using OncoLOG, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This Service is exclusively intended for use by authorized medical professionals (specifically licensed physicians, internal medicine specialists, and oncologists). By registering, you warrant that you hold a valid medical license and are legally authorized to practice medicine and manage patient data in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Security & Verification

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete professional information during registration.
• Any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security must be reported to OncoLOG immediately.

3. Professional Responsibility & Medical Disclaimer

OncoLOG is a clinical documentation, logging, and tracking support tool. It is NOT a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

• The ultimate responsibility for all clinical decisions, patient diagnoses, and treatment plans lies solely with you, the practicing physician.
• OncoLOG shall not be held liable for any clinical errors, omissions, or adverse patient outcomes resulting from the use or interpretation of data within the app.

4. Acceptable Use and Patient Consent

When entering patient data into OncoLOG, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained all necessary patient consents, institutional authorizations, or legal rights required by your local healthcare laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, KVKK) to log such data.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The OncoLOG application, including its software, interface, logos, and design, is the exclusive property of OncoLOG and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app solely for professional medical purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OncoLOG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or clinical liabilities arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if your medical license is revoked or suspended by official authorities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OncoLOG operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
